Goals

I believe it is important to have goals to work towards.  Both large, long-term goals and short-term goals.   Below are some of my goals.  I will add goals as I go. 

SHORT TERM:

I will complete the IsaBody Challenge.  I started the 16 week challenge on April 3, 2016.  I will complete it on July 24, 2016.  

I will not give in to my excuses.  

I will start a healthy habit of going to the gym.


LONG TERM:

I will weigh between 150 & 160lbs by our 15th anniversary on February 1, 2017.   

At the completion of my IsaBody Challenge, I will start another.
